Non-Discrimination Policy

This office has under consideration the applications of:

Daniel M. Zitofsky and Dawn M. Zitofsky – To modify an existing docking facility in Burton’s Prong at 5 Pinewater Drive, Harberson, Sussex County, Delaware.

David Fletcher Kenton and Lynne Frances Kenton – To modify an existing road by replacing existing culverts, raising the elevation, and adding rip-rap in an unnamed tributary to the Broadkill River at Graves Farm Road, Milton, Sussex County, Delaware.

Richard L. Bryan – To construct a docking facility in the Lewes and Rehoboth Canal at 575 E. Savannah Road, Lewes, Delaware.

Patrick Moore – To construct a docking facility in the Indian River at 229 River Drive, Millsboro, Sussex County, Delaware.

D and C Dock Rental LLC – To utilize and maintain an existing docking facility in the Lewes & Rehoboth Canal at 364 Pilottown Road, Lewes, Sussex County, Delaware.

Roger Jackson – To utilize and maintain an existing docking facility, and to replenish an existing stone sill in Burton Prong at 3 Pinewater Drive, Harbeson, Sussex County, Delaware.

Bret R. Lanan – To conduct streambank stabilization and enhancement activities in Pike Creek at 201 North Star Road, Newark, DE 19711.

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received within 20 days from this notice. A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
