Project Description: New Castle County Department of Public Works proposes to install approximately two thousand nine hundred and seven linear feet (2,907 LF) of sanitary sewer force main to serve as a full permanent bypass for the existing force main that serves approximately 330,000 New Castle County residents. The proposed force main will tie into an existing sanitary sewer force main which discharges to the City of Wilmington Wastewater Facility.

A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
