Project Description: Kuhn Family Sussex Partnership proposes to install four grinder pumps, approximately seventy-five linear feet (75 LF) of eight inch (8”) gravity sewer main and one thousand one hundred and one linear feet (1,101 LF) of eight inch (8”) diameter sanitary sewer force main to serve 4 dwellings. The proposed pumps will tie into an existing sanitary sewer gravity main at the adjacent Anchor’s Run community which discharges to the Inland Bays Regional Wastewater Facility.

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received within 15 days from this notice. A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
