Project Description: Felton Drive-In LLC proposes to install a pump station, approximately one thousand five hundred and forty-eight linear feet (1,548 LF) of eight-inch (8”) diameter sanitary gravity sewer, eight hundred and twenty-five linear feet (825 LF) of one and a half inch (1.5”) sanitary sewer force main that will serve a 6 building warehouse complex. The proposed pump station will receive discharge from the proposed gravity system, pump through the proposed 1.5” force main and tie into an existing gravity sewer system which discharges to the Kent County Regional Resource Recovery Facility.

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received within 15 days from this notice. A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
