Robert A. Mancer – to remove an existing docking facility and construct a new docking facility in Roy Creek at 38429 Hickory Lane, Selbyville, Sussex County, DE.

The Peninsula at Longneck, LLC – to maintain an existing community docking facility, wetland walkways, fill and erosion control structures in Lingo Creek, at 27698 Sterling Boulevard, Millsboro, Sussex County, DE.

Francis P. Chiaramonte, III – to construct a docking facility in the Little Assawoman Bay at 47 Madison Avenue, Fenwick Island, Sussex County, DE.

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received within 20 days from this notice. A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
