This office has under consideration the applications of:

Amy Star Ayers Higgins, Trustee of the Amy Star Ayers Higgins Revocable Trust and Edwin H. Higgins, Trustee of the Edwin H. Higgins Revocable Trust – To modify an existing docking facility in the Nanticoke River at 9668 N. Shore Dr., Seaford, Sussex County, DE.

Michael R. Burychka – To modify an existing docking facility in Herring Creek at 8 Sloan Rd., Harbeson, Sussex County, DE.

Sally A. Hack and Chester M. Dabaldo, Trustees of the Sally A. Hack Trust – To modify an existing docking facility in Bald Eagle Creek at 168 East Side Dr., Rehoboth Beach, Sussex County, DE.

Dustin Bradford Schell and Jackelyn Schell – To construct a docking facility on Red Mill Pond at 31436 Melloy Ct., Lewes, Sussex County, DE.

Agnes M. Carroll – To install a riprap revetment for shoreline stabilization in White’s Creek at 805 Hickman Dr., Ocean View, Sussex County DE.

Brenda L. Erdman and Alan R. Erdman – To construct a docking facility on Deep Hole Creek at 103 Adams Ave., Milton, Sussex County, DE.

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received within 20 days from this notice. A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
