This office has under consideration the applications of:

Perns Properties LLC – to remove an existing structure and construct a new boat docking facility in Herring Branch, at 5334 Brown Street, Milford, Sussex County, DE.

Neil & Nicole Graham – to construct a docking facility in Herring Creek, at 33598 Green Road, Millsboro, Sussex County, DE.

Robert & Dianne Ramsey – to modify an existing boat docking facility in Hopkins Prong, at 107 Pinewater Drive, Harbeson, Sussex County, DE.

John & Michele Gearhart – to modify an existing boat docking facility in the Indian River, at 33238 Mercer Avenue, Oak Orchard, Millsboro, Sussex County, DE.

Matthew Favinger – to remove an existing structure and construct a new boat docking facility in the Indian River, at 26630 Carlisle Drive, Millsboro, Sussex County, DE.

James & Michelle Cianfichi – to modify an existing boat docking facility in the Rehoboth Bay, at 34857 Bookhammer Landing Road, Joy Beach, Lewes, Sussex County, DE.

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received within 20 days from this notice. A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
