Charles Robert Strittmatter and Leslie K. Strittmatter – to install a riprap revetment for shoreline stabilization in the Rehoboth Bay at 203 West Side Dr, Rehoboth, DE.

Fred Wayne Justice and Deborah Starke Justice – to modify an existing docking facility and install a riprap revetment for shoreline stabilization in Love Creek, at 208 Waterford Dr, Lewes, DE.

Liborio 6, LLC – to install a community wetland walkway in state-regulated wetlands connecting to a kayak launching facility in the Murderkill River, at Kearsage Dr and Sophia’s Landing, Frederica, DE.

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received within 20 days from this notice. A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
