Project Description: SB Riverwood Development LLC has submitted an application for a Temporary Holding Tank System for Phase 1 of the Riverwood Subdivision. The system has been designed to accommodate 6,000 gallons per day of domestic wastewater generated by 20 dwellings in Phase 1 of the Riverwood Subdivision. The system consists of approximately 77 feet of 10-inch diameter and 1,420 feet of 8-inch diameter gravity line and appurtenances.

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received within 15 days from this notice. A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
