Project Description: D.R. Horton, Inc. proposes to install a submersible pumping station, approximately three thousand four hundred and eleven (3,411) feet of four (4) inch diameter sanitary sewer force main, four thousand nine hundred and forty-one feet (4,941 ft) of eight (8) inch diameter gravity sanitary sewer, 23 manholes to serve 157 residential lots. The wastewater flow from the subdivision is gravity fed to the pump station within Dolby North. The wastewater flow from the pump station will tie into a City of Seaford manhole next to the City of Seaford pump station along State Route 13. The owner/operator is City of Seaford and will be part of the City of Seaford Sewer District.

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received within 14 days from this notice. A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
