Non-Discrimination Policy

This office has under consideration the applications of:

K. Hovnanian Delaware Operations, LLC. – to install a utility crossing and a road crossing in an unnamed tributary to Ash Gut, 1421 Roesville Road, Felton, Kent County, DE.

Chris Robinson – to modify an existing boat docking facility in an unnamed lagoon adjacent to Little Assawoman Bay at 48 Oyster Bay Drive, Fenwick Island, Sussex County, DE.

Ryan H. Chmiola and Nicole V. Lucas – to construct a boat docking facility and wetland walkway in Indian River, at 29947 Mountain Laurel Drive, Dagsboro, Sussex County, DE.                             

Rio Vista Properties, LLC – to construct a boat docking facility in the Nanticoke River, at 23684 Old Meadow Rd, Seaford, Sussex County, DE.

White Water Enterprise, LLC – to construct a boat docking facility in Rehoboth Bay, at 8 Bay Dr, Lewes, Sussex County, DE.

The Revocable Trust of Frank B. Calio – to install a living shoreline in Records Pond, at 100 Mill Pond Drive, Unit 1, Laurel, Sussex County, DE.

U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) – to maintenance dredge two sections of the Lewes and Rehoboth Canal, Sussex County, DE.

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received within 20 days from this notice. A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
