Project Description: CNR Land Development, LLC proposes to install a submersible pump station, approximately eight thousand six hundred and ninety-three feet (8,693 ft) of eight (8) inch diameter PVC sanitary gravity sewer, one thousand two hundred and forty-four feet (1,244 ft) of eight (8) inch diameter DIP Class 52 sanitary gravity sewer, 53 manholes, six thousand three hundred and thirty-four feet (6,334 ft) of six (6) inch diameter sanitary sewer force main to serve 191 single family lots and a clubhouse. The gravity sewer flows to a proposed onsite Pump Station that will discharge a proposed onsite 6” forcemain to an existing 8” forcemain on Hudson Road. The proposed subdivision is on Cave Neck Road – S088, approximately 3450’ southwest of Hudson Road – S258.

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received within 14 days from this notice. A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
