Project Description: Twin Masts proposes to install a pump station, approximately one thousand seven hundred forty-one feet (1741 ft) sanitary sewer force main, ten thousand four hundred twenty-three feet (10,423 ft) sanitary gravity sewer main, 48 manholes to serve 249 single family lots and a pool house. The pump station will discharge via a 4” force main and tie into an 8” existing force main along Coastal Highway – Route 1 (SCR-14). The sewer system will be owned and maintained by Artesian Wastewater Management, Inc.

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received within 14 days from this notice. A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
