Project Description: Camden Wyoming Sewer and Water Authority proposes to install three hundred and seventy-one feet (371 ft) of six (6) inch diameter sanitary sewer force main to relocate existing 6” sanitary force main system because of impacts stemming from DellDOT’s West Camden Bypass project (DelDOT Project No. T201709502).

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received within 14 days from this notice. A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
