Project Description: Hollyville Buyer, LLC proposes to install a pump station, approximately nine thousand two hundred and eighty-three feet (9283 ft) of eight (8) inch diameter sanitary gravity sewer, seventy-eight feet (ft) of ten (10) inch diameter sanitary gravity sewer, two thousand seven hundred and forty-four feet (2744 ft) of four (4) inch diameter sanitary sewer force main to serve 196 single family lots and a pool house. All the residential lots and pool house will be served by a gravity collection system which will discharge into a proposed Artesian Wastewater Management, Inc. pump station. The pump station will discharge via a 4” force main and tie into a future 4” forcemain from the nearby Autumndale subdivision, which will tie into an existing 6” forcemain in the nearby Independence Subdivision.
