Project Description: Burtons Pond, LLC. proposes to install approximately one thousand one hundred and twenty-seven feet (1127 ft) of eight (8) inch diameter sanitary gravity sewer, four hundred and twenty-six feet (426 ft) of one and half (1.5) inch diameter sanitary sewer force main to serve 21-lot single family residential subdivision. The sewage will flow from the site under Sloan Road to an existing gravity system located in The Villas at Walden.
