Project Description: Ribera Development, LLC proposes to install a pump station, approximately fifteen thousand six hundred eight feet (15608 ft) of eight (8) inch diameter sanitary gravity sewer, twenty-nine feet (29 ft) of ten (10) inch diameter sanitary sewer, two thousand four hundred and sixty-seven feet (2467 ft) of six (6) inch diameter sanitary sewer force main, and related appurtenances to serve 336 single family lots, a clubhouse and pool being served by public water and sewer extended from RT.30 via artesian water and wastewater company. The sewer collection system and pump station are proposed to collect and convey wastewater through a 6 inch force main along Shingle Point Road and Webb Road to RT. 30 and tie into EX. 8 inch force main.

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received within 14 days from this notice. A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
