Project Description: Artesian Wastewater Management, Inc. proposes to install approximately four hundred eight linear feet (408 LF) of three (3) inch diameter force main, eight linear feet (8 LF) of twelve (12) inch diameter force main, two hundred linear feet (200 LF) of six (6) inch diameter force main from the existing three (3) inch diameter Rookery Golf Course force main to the proposed Woodfield Preserve Expansion subdivision twelve (12) inch PVC force main. The existing golf course septic drain field will be abandoned.

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received within 14 days from this notice. A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
