Project Description: JLAM GT Oaks, LLC proposes to install a submersible non-clog pump station, approximately one thousand one hundred and forty-six feet (1146 ft) of four (4) inch diameter sanitary sewer force main and related appurtenances to serve three hundred sixty-seven (367) units and two (2) pool houses. The proposed pump station is located at 24015 Crab Apple Court, Georgetown and will be turned over to the Town of Georgetown.

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received within 14 days from this notice. A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
