Matthew and Brittany Fuchs – To install a riprap revetment for shoreline stabilization in Lake Como at 569 W. Lake Drive, Smyrna, Kent County, DE. (Application)

Jamie L. Frank and Thomas C. Frank, Trustees of the Timothy L. Frank Family Trust – To construct a docking facility in the Little Assawoman Bay at 806 S. Schulz Rd, Fenwick Island, Sussex County, DE. (Application)

Garrison Lake Farm, L.P. – To modify a stream channel, construct a road crossing and install utility lines in the Parsons Hill Tax Ditch, a tributary to the Leipsic River, south of Brenford Road, at the Garrison Lake Green Subdivision Phase II, Smyrna, Kent County, DE. (Application)

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received within 20 days from this notice. A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
