Notice has been given that:

Magnus Environmental Inc. requests a permit to operate a scrap-tire recycling facility located at 220 Marsh Lane, New Castle, which is located in New Castle County.

The application for this permit may be reviewed upon request. The application is posted at de.gov/dnrecnotices. To submit comments, for additional information or for information regarding how you can inspect the application, please contact Charles Border at (302) 739-9403.

A public hearing on any of the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC receives a request for a hearing regarding that application within 15 days from the date of this notice, ending 6/5/2026. A request for a hearing shall be in writing. The request must also show a familiarity with the application and a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
