The Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control (DNREC) Remediation Section (RS) invites public comment on a proposal regarding remedial actions for Operable Unit -6 (OU-6) of the Eden Hill Farm Site (DE-1714) (Site) located in Dover. The Site was former farmland and has since been divided into operable units to facilitate cleanup and redevelopment. OU-6 consists of the soils on approximately 17 acres located on the eastern portion of the Site.
No unacceptable risk was identified to human health or the environment from exposure to site soil; therefore, the soil on OU-6 of the Eden Hill Farm Site is not subject to any remedial actions.
Details of the Proposed Plan of Remedial Action (Proposed Plan) are available online at den.dnrec.delaware.gov.
