The Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control (DNREC) Remediation Section (RS) has adopted a final plan of remedial action (Final Plan) regarding the clean-up of the Jackson Inn Site (DE-1845) (Site) located at 101-103 N Dupont Road in Wilmington.
