The Department invites public comment on a proposal to clean-up the Jackson Inn Site (DE-1845) located at 101-103 N Dupont Road in Wilmington. The Site was originally a gas station before being redeveloped into a restaurant and residential buildings. The Jackson Inn Site consists of approximately 2.03 acres.

The Jackson Inn Site will be subject to the following key remedial actions: the development and compliance with a Long Term Stewardship Plan (LTS Plan), the development and compliance with a Contaminated Materials Management Plan (CMMP), and the recording of an Environmental Covenant restricting groundwater withdrawal, restricting the site to non-residential uses, and requiring compliance with the LTS Plan and CMMP.
