The Department has adopted a plan regarding the clean-up of the 2460 Bear Corbitt Road Site (DE-1854) Site located in New Castle. The Site was previously used for agricultural purposes and is located within the footprint of the Delaware City PVC National Priorities List (NPL) site. The Site requires a restriction on the use of groundwater at the Site.

DNREC issued a public notice of the Proposed Plan for the 2460 Bear Corbitt Road Site on November 13, 2024. There were no comments or questions from the public regarding the Proposed Plan. Details of the Final Plan are available online at: den.dnrec.delaware.gov
