The Department invites public comment on a proposal to clean-up the 2460 Bear Corbitt Road Site (DE-1854) (“Site”) located at 2460 Bear Corbitt Road in New Castle. Past uses of the Site include agricultural use.

The Site will be subject to the following key remedial actions: recording of an Environmental Covenant that restricts groundwater withdrawal from beneath the Site. This site is located within the existing Delaware City Groundwater Management Zone.
