The Department has adopted a plan regarding the clean-up of the 701 Anchorage Street Site located in Wilmington. The Site is a street located between Lower Oak Street and Beech Street. The Site requires a protective cap, a restriction on use of groundwater at the Site, the preparation of a Contaminated Materials Management Plan, and the preparation of a Long-Term Stewardship Plan.
DNREC issued a public notice of the Proposed Plan for the 701 Anchorage Street Site on August 7, 2024. There were no comments or questions from the public regarding the Proposed Plan. Details of the Final Plan are available online at: den.dnrec.delaware.gov.
