The Department has adopted a plan regarding the clean-up of the 101 Liberty Street Site located in Wilmington. The Site is a street located between Lower Elm Street and Linden Street. The Site requires a restriction on use of groundwater at the Site and the use of a Contaminated Materials Management Plan for handling contaminated groundwater.
DNREC issued a public notice of the Proposed Plan for the 101 Liberty Street Site on September 8, 2024. There were no comments or questions from the public regarding the Proposed Plan. Details of the Final Plan are available online at: den.dnrec.delaware.gov.
