Non-Discrimination Policy

The Hazardous Substance Cleanup Act (HSCA), 7 Del. C. § 9107 (a)(1), requires the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control (DNREC) to provide “public notification within 20 days after entering into negotiations for a voluntary cleanup settlement agreement with any person that agrees to perform a remedy.”

As required by § 9107 (a)(1), DNREC advises that it is negotiating a Voluntary Cleanup Program (VCP) Agreement with Pike Creek Recreational Services, LLC. regarding the Three Little Bakers Golf Course Site (DE-1867) located at 3544 Three Little Baker Boulevard, Wilmington, DE. The Site is identified as New Castle County tax parcel number 08-036.40-058. The Site requires remedial action due to historic activities on site.
