The Department invites public comment on a proposal to clean-up 101 Liberty Street Site (DE-1818) in Wilmington. The Site is Liberty Street between Lower Elm Street and Linden Street. The Site has no operational history but is adjacent or part of other sites regulated under HSCA.

Site groundwater will be restricted from future use and a Contaminated Materials Management Plan (CMMP) will be prepared and followed.
