Project Description: The Delaware Department of Transportation needs to construct a dewatering sump to deepen an existing stormwater pond. They will use 3 pumps at 4-inch and 3-inch pumps as needed, and the 6-inch casing to lower the water level 6 feet for their excavation. The discharge water will be sent to a sediment bag and then release to a swale near Rt 1. They will pump approximately 1.6 MGD for 4 months for this project. The site is located in Milford in Kent County.
