Matthew Rinehart (#533-19.16-50.00) To remove a 6 by 45 foot long dock and six (6) stand-alone mooring pilings, and to construct a 5 by 35 foot long pier, to relocate an existing boatlift with four (4) associated pilings, and to authorize and relocate two (2) 5 by 18 foot long floating docks in an unnamed lagoon, at Keenwik, 38411 Maple Lane, Selbyville, Sussex County, DE.

Subaqueous Lands Permit

Michael Major (#5-33-12.16-20.00) to install a single-piling PWC lift, in Dirickson Creek, Swann Keys, Selbyville, Sussex County, DE.

Jeffrey and Sherene Gravatte (#1-34-13.00-807.00) to construct a 4 by 8 foot long set of access stairs and a 5 by 40 foot long dock attached to a retaining wall located in uplands, in the Bethany Loop Canal, at 996 Lake View Drive, Lake Bethany, Bethany Beach, Sussex County, DE.

LPC First State Holding Company, LP – adjacent to 1101800058 – To remove an existing 8 foot wide by 4 foot high, 30 foot long box culvert and install a 8 foot wide by 4 foot high, 73 foot long box culvert, to place 85 cubic yards of fill and 12 cubic yards of rip-rap, and to relocate existing utilities in an unnamed tributary to Muddy Run, at Bridge 1-348 on Old Cooches Bridge Road, Newark, New Castle County, DE.

Subaqueous Lands Permit & Water Quality Certification Request

Rehoboth Bay Conservancy – (#234-18.00-40.00) To mechanically maintenance dredge approximately 6,830 cubic yards of material from areas of two lagoons and one marina basin to a depth of -3 feet MLW and to truck the dredged material to a previously authorized upland disposal area owned by the applicant, located on the west side of Camp Arrowhead Road, directly opposite West Bay Park, parcel 234-18.00-26.00, Lewes, Sussex County, DE. Additionally, the applicant requests for a Section §404 Water Quality Certification. Approval is being requested to conduct maintenance dredging in portions of West Bay Park lagoon and marina basin.

Subaqueous Lands Lease and Wetlands Permit

Andrew Weber (#1-34-7.00-124.01) to install a 3 by 140 foot long wetlands walkway, a 3 by 22 foot long gangway, a 6 by 24 foot long floating dock, a 6 by 18 foot long floating dock, and two (2) 3 by 30 foot long floating piers, in Blackwater Creek, at 34583 Frog Farm Lane, Dagsboro, Sussex County, DE.

Subaqueous Lands Permit and Wetlands Permit

Josh Watters (#235-10.00-46.00) To construct a 3 by 39 foot long pier, a 3 by 31 foot long wetland walkway and a 5 by 12 foot long dock in Deep Hole Creek, at 2837 South Bayshore Drive, Milton, Sussex County, DE.

Delaware Department of Transportation – to correct drainage deficiencies, resulting in approximately 290 square feet of permanent subaqueous impacts and approximately 68 square feet of temporary wetland impacts along Mill Creek Road and at the intersection of Mill Creek Road and Stoney Batter Road across an unnamed tributary of Mill Creek in Wilmington, New Castle County, DE.

Wetlands Permit

Frank Family Trust (#134-23.16-347.00) to restore approximately 543 square feet of state regulated wetland by excavating approximately 8 cubic yards of historically placed fill material to restore an elevation of 1.1 feet NAVD88, reflective of the adjacent existing high marsh channelward of the proposed restoration site, and planting 250 plugs of both Spartina patens and Spartina alterniflora, adjacent to Lighthouse Cove, at 806 South Shultz Road, Fenwick Island, Sussex County, DE.
