Welches Pond, L.P. – to construct a 4 by 31 foot long pier, a 4 by 20 foot long gangway, an 8 by 24 foot long dock with a 6 by 6 foot long tee and two (2) associated 4 by 5 foot long kayak launches, channelward of mean high water, in Love Creek, Welches Pond, Lewes, Sussex County, DE.

James D. Parker Trustee and Mary Beth Parker Trustee – to construct a 4 by 223 foot long pier, a 6 by 25 foot long dock, a boat lift with 4 associated pilings, a 4 by 12 foot long dock, and two (2) PWC lifts with one associated piling each, located in the Indian River, located at 32340 River Road, Millsboro, Sussex County, DE.

Subaqueous Lands Lease Renewal

Paul and Janet Oliva – to maintain a 5 by 17 foot long pier, and a 16 by 20 foot long dock in Herring Creek located at 24242 Big Oak Lane, Millsboro, Sussex County, DE.   

Subaqueous Lands Permit

Nanette Ruhe – to install a 6 by 9 foot long floating kayak dock in Roy’s Creek, Keenwik on the Bay, located at 38391 Bayberry Lane, Selbyville, Sussex County, DE.

Mariam Corbett – to construct a 4 by 5 foot long pier and a 5 by 25 foot long dock in Lake Bethany, located at 965 Lake View Drive, Bethany Beach, Sussex County, DE. 

Indian Riverview LP – to place 750 linear feet of rip-rap for shoreline stabilization, in Indian Riverview Marina, at Indian Riverview Road, Dagsboro, Sussex County, DE.

If a public hearing is desired, please be advised that a public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
