Subaqueous Lands Lease Supplemental

Waters Run Property Owners Association, LLC – To install a four piling boat lift in existing slip #9 at the Waters Run Community Marina located in Dirickson Creek at the intersection of Old Mill Bridge Road and the Waters Run Community entrance, Selbyville, Sussex County, DE.

Subaqueous Lands Permit and Wetlands Permit

Harborside Development III LLC – To maintenance dredge approximately 467± cubic yards of material to a depth of –4 feet MLW in the Lewes and Rehoboth Canal at 122 W. Market Street, and to temporarily place a pipeline across 70 feet of State-regulated wetlands, to transport dredge material to a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers confined disposal facility in Lewes, Sussex County, DE.

Council of Mariners Way Condominiums – To maintenance dredge approximately 275± cubic yards of material to a depth of -6 feet MLW in the Lewes and Rehoboth Canal at 121 Front Street, Lewes, Sussex County, DE and to temporarily place a pipeline across 70 feet of State-regulated wetlands, to transport dredge material to a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers confined disposal facility in Lewes, Sussex County, DE.

Lewes Harbor Marina Inc. care of David Klinger – To hydraulically maintenance dredge up to 4,200 cubic yards of material to a depth of -6 feet MLW in the Lewes Harbor Marina, adjacent to Lewes and Rehoboth Canal, and to dispose of the dredge material via hydraulic pipeline to an upland U.S. Army Corps of Engineers confined disposal facility crossing approximately 70 feet of state-regulated wetland, Lewes, Sussex County, DE.

The City of Lewes – To maintenance dredge approximately 3,500± cubic yards of material to a depth of -6 feet MLW in the Lewes and Rehoboth Canal adjacent to the Lewes Canalfront Park Marina at 211 Front Street, and to temporarily place a pipeline across 70 feet of State-regulated wetlands, to transport dredge material to a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers confined disposal facility in Lewes, Sussex County, DE
