Sunoco Partners Marketing & Terminals L.P. – 0606100002 & 0607400001 – To maintain a total of eight (8) pipelines consisting of three (3) 4inch diameter by 6,100 foot long pipelines, three (3) 6inch diameter by 6,100 foot long pipelines, one (1) 8inch diameter by 6,100 foot long pipeline and one (1) 16 inch diameter by 6,100 foot long pipeline in the Delaware River located southeast of the intersection of Naaman’s Road and Rt.13, Claymont, New Castle County, DE and continuing across the Delaware River to Gloucester County, NJ.

If a public hearing is desired, please be advised that a public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
