Subaqueous Lands Permit

Ihle Family LLC (1-34-20.11-38.00) – To construct a 4 by 16 foot long pier, 6 by 30 foot long dock and a boat lift with four (4) associated pilings in the Little Assawoman Bay at 39670 Baltimore Street, South Bethany, Sussex County, DE.

James Langenfeld (3-34-19.00-231.00) – To install a 5 by 10 foot long floating kayak dock in Bald Eagle Creek at 133 East Side Dr. Rehoboth Beach, Sussex, DE.

Brian Caswell-Monack (3-34-19.00-1134.00) – To install a 5 by 10 foot long floating dock and two (2) 5 by 14 foot long floating PWC docks to a previously authorized structure in the Lewes and Rehoboth Canal at 37743 Bay Harbor Circle, Rehoboth Beach, Sussex County, DE.

Subaqueous Lands Lease Permit

Thomas and Evelyn Stanford (2-34-34.10-63.00) – To construct a 4 by 22 foot long pier extension, a 6 by 15 foot long linear dock and to install a boat lift with four (4) associated pilings in the Indian River at 31504 River Road, Millsboro, Sussex County, DE.

Please indicate in your letter whether your intention is to request a public hearing or whether you are simply providing comments for the Department’s consideration. If a public hearing is desired, please be advised that a public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
