Subaqueous Lands Lease Application

Jonathan and Karlyn Lokken (2-34-17.00-67.00) – To utilize and maintain an existing 4 by 72 foot long pier, a 6 by 35 foot long dock, two (2) 5 by 10.5 foot long floating PWC docks and to install one (1) boat lift with four (4) associated pilings and an associated 2 by 16 foot long catwalk in Hopkins Prong at 24200 Big Oak Lane, Millsboro, Sussex County, DE.

Subaqueous Lands Supplemental Lease Application

James and Michelle Cianfichi (2-34-12.00-138.00) – To install two (2) PWC lifts with one associated piling each at 34857 Bookhammer Landing Road, Sussex County, Lewes, DE.

Subaqueous Lands Permit/Subaqueous Lands Lease Application

Hanna Holdings, L.P. (1-34-23.00-4.00) – To repair 533 linear feet of bulkhead by stepping out up to 18 inches and to repair 342 feet of an existing boardwalk that varies from 3-5 feet in width and to construct a 4 by 96 foot long boardwalk over top of the proposed replacement bulkhead at 39064 Harpoon Road, Sussex County, Fenwick Island, DE.

Subaqueous Lands Permit/Wetlands Permit/Subaqueous Lands Lease Application

Angola By the Bay POA, Inc. (2-34-17.08-91.00, 2-34-17.08-144.00, 2-34-17.08-208.00, 2-34-18.09-5.00) – To stabilize approximately 577 linear feet of shoreline in separate reaches along approximately 2,225 linear feet of shoreline, to conduct biochar research and to install three (3) kayak launch areas located in Burton Prong of Herring Creek and portions in State-regulated Wetlands along the Angola By the Bay Marina shoreline adjacent to Marina Drive in Lewes, Sussex County, DE.

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received within 20 days from this notice. Please indicate in your letter whether your intention is to request a public hearing or whether you are simply providing comments for the Department’s consideration. If a public hearing is desired, please be advised that a public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
