Allocation Permit

Logan Generating Company, LP has requested a renewal of its industrial water allocation for two existing surface intakes. The requested allocation is 4,320 million gallons (MG) per day, 105,000 MG per month, and 990,000 MG per year. The surface intakes are located northwest of Swedesboro, New Jersey in the Delaware River.

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received by August 9, 2021, at 4:30 p.m. A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
