Bidermann Golf Course has requested a renewal of an existing allocation permit for two existing surface intakes with a combined capacity of 1,300 gpm, and 4 existing wells with a combined capacity of 2,100 gpm. The requested allocation is 0.72 MGD, 15.8 MG per month, and 31.0 MG per year. The intakes are located 5.4 miles East of Hockessin in New Castle County, on Adams Dam Road. Tax parcel 07-013.00-002.

Wyatt Farms has requested an allocation permit for one proposed irrigation well with a capacity of 325 gpm. The requested allocation is 0.47 MGD, 14.1 MG per month, and 28.2 MG per year. The well will be located 3 miles West of Harrington in Kent County, on Vernon Road. Tax parcel MN-00-186.00-01-26.00.000.

William Riley, III has requested an allocation permit for one proposed irrigation well with a capacity of 300 gpm. The requested allocation is 0.36 MGD, 7.0 MG per month, and 28.0 MG per year. The well will be located 6.8 miles West of Delmar in Sussex County, on East Cross Road. Tax parcel 5-32-03.00-0029.00.
