Baxter Farms, Inc. has requested an allocation permit for one proposed irrigation well with a capacity of 650 gpm. The requested allocation is 0.792 million gallons (MG) per day, 17.424 MG per month, and 104.544 MG per year. The well will be located 6 miles southwest of Millsboro in Sussex County, on Curley Dr. Tax parcel 3-33-03.00-0002.22.
