Tidewater Utilities, Inc. has requested a modification of its public water allocation Garrisons Lake/North Dover district for three existing public wells. The requested allocation is 1.266 MG per day, 36.180 MG per month, and 302.240 MG per year. The wells serve approximately 11,500 residential people in Kent County.

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received by April 5, 2021, at 4:30 p.m. A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
