The requested allocation is 2.59 MGD, 59.49 MG per month, and 119.0 MG per year. The proposed wells will be located 4 miles east of Blades in Sussex County, on Baker Mill Road. Tax parcel 2-31-17.00-0027.00.

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received by July 6, 2023, at 4:30 p.m. A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
