The requested allocation is 1.58 MGD, 47.52 MG per month, and 578.16 MG per year. The wells are located 1.2 miles Northwest of Pike Creek in New Castle County, on Paper Mill Road. Tax parcel 08-035.00-021.

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received by February 02, 2023, at 4:30 p.m. A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
