Claude Lynch has requested an allocation permit for one proposed irrigation well with a capacity of 500 gpm. The requested allocation is 0.72 MGD, 22.3 MG per month, and 44.7 MG per year. The well will be located 3.2 miles North of Milford in Kent County, on Dry Creek Road. Tax parcel MD-00-163.00-02-06.00.000. 

Barry Beyer has requested an allocation permit for one proposed irrigation well with a capacity of 500 gpm. The requested allocation is 0.72 MGD, 22.3 MG per month, and 44.7 MG per year. The well will be located 0.9 miles North of Elkton in Sussex County, on North Bridge St. Tax parcel 2-32-12.00-0039.02.

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received by January 19, 2023, at 4:30 p.m.  A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
