The requested allocation is 0.85 MGD, 21 MG per month, and 252 MG per year. The well will be located 0.65 miles north of Harrington in Kent County on Dorman Street. The Town of Millsboro has requested a renewal of an allocation permit for three existing wells with a combined capacity of 975 GPM and one proposed well with a capacity of 500 GPM. The requested allocation is 0.24 MGD, 6.72 MG per month, and 700.8 MG per year. The well will be located 0.61 miles southeast of Millsboro in Sussex County on White Street. Tax parcel 1-33-17.00-0061.00.

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received by June 6, 2022, at 4:30 p.m. A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
