Gary & Sheila Phillips has requested an allocation permit for one proposed irrigation well. The requested allocation is 0.35 million gallons (MG) per day, 6.9 MG per month, and 20.85 MG per year. The well will be located North of Seaford in Sussex County, on Gum Branch road. Tax parcel 1-32-11.00-0005.07.

Carl King, Jr. has requested an allocation permit for one existing irrigation well. The requested allocation is 0.79 million gallons (MG) per day, 7.9 MG per month, and 15.8 MG per year. The well will be located North of Lincoln in Sussex County, on Marshall Street. Tax parcel 3-30-15.00-0003.00

Jed James has requested an allocation permit for one proposed irrigation well on the Home farm. The requested allocation is 0.36 million gallons (MG) per day, 0.87 MG per month, and 1.74 MG per year. The well will be located in Laurel, Sussex County, on Sycamore Road. Tax parcel 2-32-08.00-0042.00.

Jed James has requested an allocation permit for one proposed irrigation well on the Tyndall farm. The requested allocation is 0.648 million gallons (MG) per day, 1.5 MG per month, and 3.02 MG per year. The well will be located in Laurel, Sussex County, on E. Trap Pond Road. Tax parcel 2-32-09.00-0004.02.

Tidewater Utilities, Inc. has requested an allocation permit for two proposed public wells to add to their current system in Bethany Bay with five existing public wells. The requested allocation is 2.1 MG per day, 60.5 MG per month, and 473.52 MG per year. These wells are part of a sub system that will serve approximately 30,800 people in Sussex County.

Artesian Water Company (Fort Dupont) has requested a new public water allocation for two existing public wells. The requested allocation is 0.288 million gallons (MG) per day, 8.64 MG per month, and 105.1 MG per year. The wells serve approximately 240 people in New Castle County.

The Delaware Department of Transportation needs to construct a dewatering sump to construct a new bridge and demolish the existing bridge using a coffer dam. They will use a 36-inch casing to go 5 foot deep for their excavation. The discharge water will go to a dewatering silt bag and then back to the Christina River. They will pump approximately 1 mgd every other week to keep the water managed for a year during phase one of this project. The site is located in the town of Newport in New Castle County.
