The requested allocation is 0.14 million gallons (MG) per day, 01.51 MG per month, and 4.14 MG per year. The wells will be located North of Millsboro in Sussex County, in the Stonewater Creek development on Indian Mission Road. Tax parcel 2-34-16.00-0019.00.

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received by December 6, 2021, at 4:30 p.m. A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
