The Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control, Division of Water, hereby gives notice that a permit application has been received from:
Estuary Development, LLC., of McLean, Virginia, to install seven hundred and seventy nine linear feet of two inch forcemain (779 LF of 2”FM), a sanitary sewer pump station with duo submersible pumps and accessories to serve phase five(5) of The Estuary residential development located on Water Lily Court about one (1) mile southeast of the Double Bridges and Camp Barnes Road intersection in Sussex County, Delaware. The pump station is located at the end of Water Lily court and the forcemain runs westwards along Water Lily court, then southwards along Sea Spray Lane before discharging into an existing manhole located on Sea Spray Lane.

A public hearing concerning the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious request for a hearing is received on or before June 6, 2021. A request for a public hearing shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
