The Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control, Division of Water, hereby gives notice that a permit application has been received from:
CMF Tower Hill, LLC., of Ocean View, Delaware, to install one pump station with dual pumps; two thousand seven hundred and forty six linear feet of six inch (2,746 LF of 6”) HDPE forcemain, three thousand seven hundred and twenty eight linear feet of eight inch (3,728 LF of 8”) HDPE forcemain, two thousand and fifty two linear feet of eight inch (2052 LF of 8”) DIP force main; and related appurtenances, to serve the Tower Hill residential subdivision, located at the intersection of New Road and Lynn Road, Lewes, Sussex County, Delaware. The project boundary begins 1,372 LF west of the intersection of New Road and Lynn Road and extends 2,005 LF east of the intersection of New Road and New Road. The pump station and the force main will be installed within the bounds of the residential development and the forcemain will run northwards along New Road and tie into an existing forcemain of the Lewes Board of Public Works Sanitary sewer system.

A public hearing concerning the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious request for a hearing is received on or before January 3, 2021. A request for a public hearing shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
