The Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control, Division of Water, hereby gives notice that a permit application for the construction of wastewater conveyance has been received concerning the following:

Schell Brothers, LLC proposes to install a duplex submersible sanitary sewer pump station, approximately three thousand two hundred and fifty-one linear feet (3,251 LF) of four (4) inch diameter sanitary sewer force main and related appurtenances to serve one hundred and four (104) proposed single family homes in the Autumndale subdivision located at 23121 Hollyville Road, which is located southeast of Harbeson in Sussex County, Delaware. The proposed pump station will be located within Autumndale, then run southeast of the property and discharge to an existing six (6) inch diameter force main on Franklin Roosevelt Lane.

A public hearing concerning the above application will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious request for a hearing is received on or before March 12, 2023. A request for a public hearing shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
